- 获取解码器参数
- 根据codec_id获取解码器

- 打开解码器
- 创建存储编码数据和解码数据的结构体
- 解码循环
4. 渲染流程
- 将解码后的帧数据加载到内存
- 取帧数据用GLES实现GLSurface.Renderer的onSurfaceCreated/onSurfaceChanged/onDrawFrame
