Quartus11.0安装Modelsim_altera后无法打开modelsim_altera，也无法调用！求高手指点

出错提示：
Unable to cheakout a license.Make sue your license file environment variables are set correctly and then run 'lmutillmdiag' to diagnose the problem.
Modelsim-altera uses the following environment variables to cheak the license(listed in the order of preference)
1.MGLS_LICENSE_FILE
2.LM_LICENSE_FILE
