IKM考试参试学员全员通过

2019年5月，SCP报名参加IKM在（总部位于美国纽约的全球能力测试机构）中国的第一次编程考试的学员们全部拿到了IKM授予的专业技能证书！

In May 2019, all SCP students who registered in IKM(global certification organization headquartered in NY of the US) coding capability test obtained the valuable IKM youth programming capability certificate!

新推出的Arduino课程广受好评

2019年8月，SCP推出了新课程—Arduino入门。学生们非常喜爱这门课程，感觉不仅学到一门新的计算机语言，而且还提高了动手能力！

On August 2019, SCP launched a new course-Introduction to Arduino. Students favors this course so much, they feel not only learn a new programming language, but also improve their hands-on capability!

通过学习Arduino入门，学生能够正确选择所需组件来构建一个简单的电路。此外，学生将对Arduino微控制器及其端口有一个基本的了解。他们还将了解电感应方法，能够在Arduino电路中使用不同类型的传感器来收集数据并感知周围环境，如温度、湿度和光等。此外，他们还能够学到利用Arduino进行红外无线通信和远程控制应用的基础知识和应用，如设计一个简单的移动程序来遥控直流电机、风扇、汽车等。

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to choose correctly the required components and build a simple electronic circuit. In addition, students will have a fundamental background about Arduino microcontrollers and its ports. They will understand the electrical sensing approach, and they will be able to use different kind of sensors in their circuits with Arduino to collect data and sense the surrounding environment, such as temperature, humidity, and light. Also, they build a basic knowledge about the infrared wireless communication and remote control application based on Arduino, such as remote control a DC motors, fans, cars with a simple moving program.

总之，Arduino是一门非常实用有趣的课程，不仅对于自身能力提高有很大帮助，而且对学生在校相关学科的学习（物理、数学等）有莫大的助益。

In all, Arduino is a very practical and fun course to learn. It not only enhances the students' capabilities, but also helps greatly in students' school subject learning like physics and math, etc.

On December 2019, SCP registered students participated the National Youth Programming Level 1 Evaluation. All students passed the evaluation test and obtained the level 1 youth programming technology evaluation certificate!

2019年12月，SCP的明星学员Audrey获得英国牛津大学主办的计算机挑战赛的优异奖，受邀参加2020年牛津大学计算机赛的决赛。同时，她获得了英国少年数学挑战赛的金奖！感谢Audrey的家长给SCP发来感谢信，这让SCP的全体教师感到高兴和安慰！同时也激励我们继续前行！

December 2019, SCP star student Audrey won the Certificate of Distinction of the UK Bebras Challenge, and was invited to participate in the final challenge of the University of Oxford Computer Competition in 2020. She also won a gold medal at the British Junior Math Challenge! Her parents sent thank you note to Smart Coding Plus which was really encouraging to SCP educators!

DMA夏令营代报名

DMA camp registration

因为一些原因无法参加美国编程营的同学，可以选择DMA夏令营代报名服务。大家可以选择想要参加的DMA课程、参加时间以及地点，然后由SCP来帮助大家完成整个报名过程并锁定席位。

Students who can not participate in the US coding camp could choose DMA camp registration service. Students could select proper time, venue and course from the below DMA tables and SCP will help complete the registration process and lock your seat early.

全国青少年编程技术等级评测

National Youth Programming Level Evaluation

2020年的第一次评测时间是3月21日，已经通过一级评测的同学，可以开始准备参加二级评测了。错过去年12月一级评测的同学，想要获得这个全国性的证书，也可以报名今年3月份的测评！

The first evaluation date for year 2020 is March 21. For those who passed the level 1 evaluation, you could register for level 2 evaluation this March. For those who missed the last December evaluation and wants to obtain this nationwide certificate , you could also register for level 1 this time.

美国IKM编程能力测试

IKM Coding Capability Test

2020年，IKM考试机制将会有所调整。原来只有学完一个系列的所有课程才能够报名参加IKM考试，今年会调整为这个系列的每一个阶段都有相应的IKM能力测试，这样能够满足更多SCP学生的参试需求。用Scratch系列课程为例，完成初级课程的学生即可报名参加IKM针对Scratch基础课程设计的编程能力测试，而不用等到学完全部180课时后才能报名。但是分阶段的测试需要按照顺序进行。

In 2020, the IKM coding capability test will adjust. It originally was planned to provide an overall test after students completes one series of course. This year it will change to every level of this series will have a level test. It will suits more students' needs. Take Scratch series as an example. Students who complete basic level contents could register for IKM test that was designed for basic level. They don't need to wait until completion of 180 hours' course contents. However, taking test will need to follow the course contents level.
