Open Live Writer - TargetInvocationException

TargetInvocationException

这个问题感觉难度系数 13.2B 啊，刚配置完 Open Live Writer 之后就碰到了，无法保存或者发布博客，弹出错误：

Error Accessing Local Post. Unexpected error occurred while accessing local post (TargetInvocationException). Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

各种尝试也没有解决掉，下源码调试的心都有了，But 柳暗花明，找到了解决方案：

打开注册表，定位 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Lsa\\FipsAlogorithmPolicy，将 Enable 的值修改为 0（本机原值为1）。

重启 Open Live Writer(OLW)，Binggo！居然解决了！
