二、正文（Body）

日记是每天生活的记载。生活的内容广泛，但写作时应有所选择，最好是记下当天最有意义，或感受最深的东西，不能记流水帐。日记的写法灵活，形式多样。它常用叙述的方法，也可议论、抒情和描写。

由于日记记载的事情通常已经发生过，谓语动词一般用过去时态，当然根据实际情况，也可用其它的时态。
