参考技术A 1、要么hbase缺少phoenix的jar包，要么hbase没有加载phoenix的jar包，需要重启
2、phoenix操作hbase 类型转换问题

JRebel启动报错

新接手的项目，安装JRebel插件（JRebel for IntelliJ v2019.1.1）后，启动报错，在此之前是可以正常启动项目。
