是因为编译用的javac版本，和运行用的java版本不一致，产生的报错。IDEA编译时，默认使用的jdk是自带的，CMD中的jdk是按照path中配置的，两个版本不同。需要修改idea中编译套件。
"ctrl+shift+alt+s" , 打开project settings,修改project使用的JDK和SDK
修改之后重新编译jar，可正常运行
