java7 下载 UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK7.zip
java8 下载 jce_policy-8.zip - 把解压后得到的
local_policy.jar和US_export_policy.jar复制替换到$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security目录下 - 重启idea
