The Senior UX/UI Designer that we need!

We are looking for Senior UX/UI Designers to help us envision, design and build exceptional user centered digital experiences from scratch across a variety of innovative and digitally driven startups and new product developments. 

Role:

• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to align, define and drive the design vision, strategy and user experience. 

• Define sitemaps, user flows, interaction models, wireframes, comps, style guides and mockups/prototypes based on technical requirements, marketing requirements, and industry best and latest practices. 

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to the core functions and features of the product.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques.

• Test the user experience with user and use findings to inspire future decisions and design solutions.

Expertise:

• Strong visual design, illustration, storyboard skills.

• Outstanding skills in interaction design, user experiences and visual design.

• Understanding of usability, heuristic evaluation and ability to suggest improvements to design.

• Solid problem solving, analytical and methodical skills.

• Strong understanding of complex user journeys, user experience and user-centered design.

• Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and communicate design decisions / Front-end development, html/CSS, Sketch, Axure, Adobe After Effects or similar.

• Ability to mentor junior designers.

Experience & Skills:

• BA or MA in design related field with 4+ years of experience.

• Experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design.

• High level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work proactively and under minimal supervision.

• A mindset for continuous improvement.

• Clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones.
