头马（国际演讲会）是一个全球性的非营利事业组织，其成立的原因是基于帮助有志人士学习说话、倾听与思考，进而运用这些技巧，达到推动自我实现、增强领导力的目的。

Toastmasters is an international nonprofit educational organization that operates clubs worldwide. Its mission is to empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.

微软苏州头马俱乐部（MiSu），致力于通过举办头马会议和演讲比赛等活动，创造一个有趣、开放和自由的空间，让会员及访客平等的交流、自信的表达。
