• Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software application.

• Evaluate and select alternative technical solutions for identified requirements with knowledge of J2EE application development.

• Work with an onshore team to clarify business requirements into product features, acting as a bridge between business and technical domains.

• Resolve technical issues and provide technical support. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.

• Prepare project staffing plan; allot resources

• Assist PMs to resolve any issues or conflicts                    

• Improve customer relations by providing effective communication, managing expectations and meeting commitments.

• Keep abreast of technical and organizational developments in your own professional field.

• 负责主导软件应用的设计、开发、交付以及维护。

• 根据客户的要求，评估并选择替代性技术方案。需要J2EE应用开发的知识。

• 与在岸团队合作，将来自客户的业务需求转换成为产品功能，充当业务和技术领域之间的桥梁。

• 为技术方面的问题提供解决方案，为其他软件工程师提供技术指导。

• 制定人员配置计划；分配开发资源。

• 协助项目经理解决项目中的任何问题或冲突。

• 通过有效的客户沟通、期望管理和履行承诺以改善客户关系。

• 了解并学习专业领域内的技术性以及体制性发展

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.

• More than 1 year of relevant work experience.   

• Excellent understanding of the software life cycle.

• Well versed in Software development analysis and design (UML).

• A strong technical background in J2EE, Structs, Spring, Hibernate, and Mulesoft is a plus.

• Knowledge and experience in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, Web Service, Oracle/DB2, NoSQL, WebSphere/Jboss/Weblogic.

• Qualified English language skill both written and spoken.

• Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.

• Good team-work spirit.

• Cloud computing experience is preferred

• 计算机科学或相关学科的学士学位

• 熟知软件的生命周期与开发过程

• 精通软件开发分析与设计（UML）

• 具有扎实的J2EE，Structs，Spring，Hibernate，Mulesoft技术经验者优先

• 在Spring Boot和Spring Cloud，Web Service，Oracle / DB2，NoSQL，WebSphere / Jboss / Weblogic方面的知识与经验

• 具备书面和口头英语技能

• 良好的沟通，文件编制和人际交往能力

• 积极热情的态度与上进心

• 良好的团队合作精神

• 具有云计算经验者优先
