今年的“金九银十”已经呈现“旺季不旺”，而进入淡季反而却“淡季还淡”。截至11月8日，国内C32S均价报收23783元/吨，本周再次下跌117元/吨，比上月同期更是下跌了453元/吨。近期纱线市场利空较多，纱线订单继续小、少、散，企业经营困难重重，因此，大多厂商对原料大都持观望、等待态度。再加上中美贸易战的影响不断发酵等影响，不少厂家多依靠前期订单维持生产，导致企业开工率不断下降，资金缺口较大，形成恶性循环。

究其原因，不外乎于上下游的不景气所致。原料持续的下跌，拖累了纱线市场。而下游在环保利剑之下，很多印染、服装作坊被责令停业整顿，产能大幅减缩再加上北方供暖季将至，致使上游纱线销售大减。随着棉纱库存增加，多数纺企对后市信心不足，让价幅度有所增加，预计短期内常规品种的纱线价格会维持弱势发展。

而进口纱方面，截至11月8日，FCY Index C32S折人民币现货价报收23832元/吨，较上周下跌32元/吨，显然跌幅要小于国产纱。进口纱经过一段时间的低价抛货，不少贸易商“去库存”已成效显著，库存压力减轻。但有企业表示，往年11月初还是国外圣诞节采购季，加上国内的“双十一”购物节促进消费，旺季能继续延续一阵，但今年明显不如以往。目前国外节前备货已基本完毕，预计接下来两个月外贸形势将更加萧条。
