error.log 出现这段代码 是啥意思？

网站有时候会出现http 500的错误 ，但是不知道是什么意思。
这个是apache的error.log的记录

谁可以指点下

参考技术A 进程耗资源过大，杀死进程失败，重启失败，于是fcgi进程挂掉了。
建议增加iis和CPU占比。
