许多基于 https 的应用都需要 TLS1.2 支持，比如现在的微信小程序，但是 Windows Server 2008 R2 直接部署微信小程序是不会那么顺心的，这个系统好像默认不开启 TLS1.2 ，这里直接给出开启 TLS1.2 的注册表修改代码，除了 TLS1.2 之外，这段代码里面也包括了一些其它的项，使用注册表编辑器导入下面的代码就行了：
