我花了 2 天时间才找到解决方案。在这里，我们的朋友弗朗西斯发布了对我有用的解决方案。我认为问题是mysql的文件损坏： https://***.com/a/33413223/9106762

只需导航到您的 xampp 文件夹 -> mysql -> 备份 -> 复制其中的所有文件和文件夹并将它们粘贴到 xampp/mysql/data 目录中。

这对我来说非常有效（我之前尝试更改 my.ini、端口、重置服务……但没有任何效果）。希望它也对其他人有所帮助。

这绝对有效，在查看了 mysql 错误日志中的日志后，windows 事件查看器我终于找到了问题.. db 已经崩溃并且无法修复，要修复这个我必须复制备份并粘贴回数据文件夹以修复mysql表。

看起来 MySQL 没有绑定到您的本地主机，因此无法绑定到所述主机上的端口，因此无法启动。

检查您在 MySQL 中的配置文件以确保其设置正确。如果做不到这一点，重新安装 xampp 来恢复默认值应该可以解决问题。

在此处了解更多信息，据我所知，如果您使用的是 IPv6，那么 ::1 应该是 localhost 的环回地址。我不完全确定 :: 是什么。
