我已将 phonegap-plugin-push (http://docs.ionic.io/docs/push-from-scratch) 添加到我的项目中，然后在我构建/运行它之后，出现了错误。

我尝试了很多方法 (https://github.com/driftyco/ionic-service-push-client/issues/22) (SDK Manager unable to fetch content - Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused)，但没有什么能帮助我。
