看起来 Heroku 负载均衡器无法访问您的应用程序，因为它仅在 localhost（IP 地址127.0.0.1）上侦听。此外，Heroku 动态分配端口号并将当前值分配给PORT 环境变量。

web: gunicorn --bind 0.0.0.0:$PORT main-api:app

对我来说，问题在于我在 Procfile 中写道：

web: gunicorn appname:app

其中 appname 是我在 Heroku 网站中使用的应用程序名称，而不是：

web: gunicorn MainScriptName:app

这意味着获取 yourscriptname.py 并在没有扩展名的情况下复制它，所以你会得到yourscriptname:app
