另外，Assets.xcassets 文件夹存在于 ios/Runner 文件夹中：

所以，对于 App Icons Source，我无法选择 AppIcon 文件夹：

我认为您的文件系统不知何故不同步。如果您在 Android Studio 中右键单击 Assets.xcassets，然后在 Finder 中单击 Reveal，会显示什么？它实际上存在于您的项目文件夹中吗？如果是，那么您可能只需将其拖到 Xcode 中，然后删除当前的 AppIcon 文件。

在您执行上述任何操作之前，您还可以尝试运行 flutter clean 和 File->Sync with File System in Android Studio.
