【问题描述】：

发生了什么： 当我使用开发 app_mode 时，grafana 可以成功加载我的自定义插件。 但是当app_mode为production时，无法加载成功。

环境：

Grafana 版本：v8.2.3 数据源类型&版本：自定义数据源插件、自定义面板插件 OS Grafana 安装在：Linux 上 用户操作系统和浏览器：Chrome 配置：allow_loading_unsigned_plugins = true

请参阅 Grafana default.ini 与 cmets 或 doc：

# Enter a comma-separated list of plugin identifiers to identify plugins to load even if they are unsigned. Plugins with modified signatures are never loaded.
allow_loading_unsigned_plugins =

所以，allow_loading_unsigned_plugins = true 不是正确的配置，但是：

allow_loading_unsigned_plugins = my-plugin-1,my-plugin-2

是正确的。
