您误解了问题。图像文件不为空，但图像文件已损坏，因为您将整个 HTTP 多部分请求正文存储为图像文件，而不是从 HTTP 多部分请求正文中提取包含图像的部分。

您需要HttpServletRequest#getPart() 来获取多部分请求正文的各个部分。如果您已经在使用 Servlet 3.0（Tomcat 7、Glassfish 3 等），请首先使用 @MultipartConfig 注释您的 servlet
