任何 IDE 都可以创建任何类型的文件，但这并不意味着它可以执行，QtCreator 就是这种情况。

回答问题的背景我建议使用PythonQt库，您可以通过SIP和python.h库从头开始，但如果有我建议的库，则没有必要。
