更新：好的，我得到了一位 redditer 同事的帮助，解决方案非常简单，在我的案例中，我什至不应该考虑在片段之间传递数据。

解决方案是在 CreateFragment 中通过 ViewModel 将配方简单地添加到数据库中，实际上不需要将数据传递给 RecipesFragment 然后将其添加到那里。
