Spring Boot 1.5 确实适用于 Hibernate ORM 5.2 / search 5.8，但您必须覆盖所有依赖项。我怀疑您只是在原始配置中覆盖了其中一些，并且可能在您的类路径中有多个版本的 Hibernate ORM。

我不知道如何使用 Gradle，但使用 Maven，您必须覆盖 hibernate.version 属性。
