【问题描述】：

我正在开发一个将设备发送到设备推送通知的应用程序。我创建了一个自定义通知布局，它有一个标题、消息和两个按钮（接受和拒绝）。当设备 B 收到来自设备 A 的通知时，对于某些手机它可以正常工作，但在某些手机中，通知托盘无法显示标题、消息和按钮。它只显示一个空白通知托盘。这不是错误，但某些手机无法加载自定义布局。它在 Moto G5s plus (android 7.1.1) 中完美运行，但不适用于相同 API 级别 (Android 7.1.1) 的 RedMi Note 5 Pro。谁能帮我解决这个问题？
