ios 文档说UNUserNotificationCenter 的removeAllPendingNotificationRequests() 是异步的。

我想做的是这样的：

致电removeAllPendingNotificationRequests() 取消我所有的预定通知

安排一堆新的通知，其中一些可能与以前的 ID 相同，也可能不同

            self.center.removePendingNotificationRequests(withIdentifiers: notificationIds)
            createAllNewNotifications()
        )
