由于plink1.9和1.07这两个版本互掐，经常出现各种不兼容问题，“.bim file has a split chromosome.  Use --make-bed by itself to remedy this.”报错就是一个典型的版本问题，版本1.9解决这种问题需要用到以下命令行：

 

plink --bfile oldfile --make-bed --out newfile

　　用--make-bed重新生成一次文件即可。
