　　这个异常的出现是因为hive-site-xml中的hive.server2.logging.operation.log.location属性未配置正确：

　　修改为：

<property>
    <name>hive.server2.logging.operation.log.location</name>
    <value>D:/apache-hive-2.1.1-bin/hive/iotmp/operation_logs</value>
    <description>Top level directory where operation logs are stored if logging functionality is enabled</description>
</property>

　　D:/apache-hive-2.1.1-bin/hive/iotmp需要在hadoop中进行创建配置。
