如何将必备组件与ClickOnce关联到一起

发布时提示错误信息如下：

需要下载必备组件放到系统文件夹下，如‘DotNetFX40\dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe

系统文件夹位置地址如下：

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\SDK\Bootstrapper\Packages\DotNetFX40

其他必备文件都在packages文件夹下
