4、备注

(1)exist 命令将文件名字符串作为参数，如果文件存在的话，它将返回 True，否则将返回 False

(2)len() 函数的功能是什么？ 它会以数字的形式返回你传递的字符串的长度

(3)out_file.close()   和 in_file.close()不用写就可以，因为read()一旦运行，文件就会被读到结尾并被 close 掉
