And that is the very thing I need, for it would let our life and our capabilities enter into the positive circulation.
But for some unlucky ones, it may be just the opposite case:

How to make oursleves keep moving with the time, especially for the fast-developing internet technologies?
There are too much knowledge I don‘t know, there are too many books I want to read and I want to practise.
But it seems I can‘t spare some time on them.

Why am I so pessimistic? I think my own experience can serve as the best example.
