今天介绍一下为什么要用Google，以及Google的Page Rank 算法。

大家都听过Google的一些说法，比如不作恶，Google的使命是信息平等，等等。

其实Google成功的核心是为用户提供有用的信息，里面的关键就是Page Rank算法。

 

说起来Page Rank 比较直接，信息的权重取决于有多少其他网站引用这个信息，再加上

指向这个信息网站的权重。网站的权重Google会根据关键字和影响力打分。

举个栗子: 就是如果有很多有影响力的网站都指向你的网页，那你的网页在排名就更高。

反过来如果没多少网站指向你，或者指向你的都是小网站，那你的网页就会排在后面。

 

Google在搜索结果的呈现的时候使用Page Rank来排序。这样自然就把最符合用户的结果

呈现在最前面。并且Google严厉打击作假的行为。这样Google 呈现的结果符合用户的预期

信息，再巧妙的把广告和搜索结果关联，即使呈现的广告也是用户可能真的想要看到的广告

，这也就是Google有效而且广告成为Google最大的收人。

 

相反百度则使用竞价排名，只要你给钱多你就排在前面，而且广告都会放到搜索结果的最前面，

虽然短期挣钱多，但长期来讲用户将不再信任Baidu的搜索结果，也违反了传递有用信息的原则。

这也是为什么会出现魏则西事件，医院和Baidu成为利益共同体来欺骗消费者。

 

由于Baidu的这种算法，IT的人几乎没办法用它来查资料，宁愿花钱FQ也要用Google(会不会被查水表?)

Baidu, using another way, uses competitive rankings, and as long as you pay more money,
