com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Algorithm negotiation fail解决

参考技术A 某机构升级了ssh版本，对应造成sftp连接异常，异常信息：com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Algorithm negotiation fail
原jsch版本：jsch-0.1.50.jar
需升级版本：jsch-0.1.53.jar

mariadb服务器断电重启之后Missing MLOG_CHECKPOINT的解决办法

服务器在重启之后mariadb无法启动，查看报错日志如下：

解决办法是，去掉data目录下的ib_logfile0 ib_logfile1这两个文件，mv rm都行 然后启动mariadb就行

systemctl start mariadb
