With Cars, No license plates

 

Driving cars in popular cities in China like Shanghai  is a super challenge for a normal person. Among those problems, one of the most hard one lie in the super irrational race of the license plate auction system. Recent years, buying a license plate is getting more and more challengeable every single person here in Shanghai.  People with money,but failing in getting one license plate are everywhere.

 

How can it be?
