系统环境：RedHat EL55
Oracle： Oracle 11gR2 +GI
在安装GI，运行root.sh script时，其中一个node出现以下错误：
[[email protected] ctssd]# /u01/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

Failure with signal 2 from command: /u01/11.2.0/grid/bin/crsctl start resource ora.ctssd -init -env USR_ORA_ENV=CTSS_REBOOT=TRUE
Start of resource "ora.ctssd -init -env USR_ORA_ENV=CTSS_REBOOT=TRUE" failed
Failed to start CTSS
Failed to start Oracle Clusterware stack
Oracle root script execution aborted!
----- 启动ctssd 进程失败 ！
经检查发现，在node2的hosts文件出现以下错误：
[[email protected] ~]$ cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 node1 localhost.localdomain localhost
::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
192.168.3.101 node1
192.168.3.111 node1-vip

192.168.3.12 rac-scan
------- 127.0.0.1 被解析成另一个node的主机名（node1）
改为：
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
重新运行root.sh脚本后成功！
[[email protected] install]# crsctl check crs
