 it will be more interesting if I can record my feeding about my work rules after reading some books related with the work.

1. walk your talk 
   

   I like this tip so much since it is what I am short of . Always I take much notice of how others think of me, my parents , my boss and my friends. It makes me so tired and despressed . But in my work , it is more than do whatever I prefer . It means that I should set my own shining style .

   There are so many colleagues working together ,helping each other and compete each other .Is there any tip which can help us easy to be noticed by boss ?

   The most important tip is to make others feel that you are positive , innovate and you can take control of your career .

   One of the easy method is to send the unsolicited report.It is a briliant way to stand out from the crowd.

2. Also ,the second important thing is to

make yourself unique . You have to know something but others don‘t. And when others need help on this field ,it will cross to their mind that you can do it .

  Third ,you have to make yourself reliable , it means trustworth.You are going to have to   be vigilant,dedicated,watchful,keen,ready,prepared,cautious,alert and on the ball.You     have to be 100 percent committed.

2.Never let anyone know how hard you work

 Firstly , you have to believe yourself . You can do everthing if you really want to do it . 

  There are a few rules within this rule such as :never complain about how much work you  have to do , never ask for help :you can ask for guidance,advice,information ,but never  help,learn to be assertive so you don‘t get overloaded.

3.Have a plan 

 You should know what you want long term and what you want short term.You should study the promotion system and develop a game plan .Before this , it is more important to know yourself ,strengths and weaknesses, know your roles and look for opportunities.

 

4.Enjoy what you are doing .

It is so hard to enjod the work all the time ,but , the most important .May be everyone should spend much time on how to find a work he likes .But he has to ,just like to find the parner who will bring much happiness .
