解决方案：

这是错误的写法： 
android:style="?android:attr/progressBarStyleHorizontal" />

去掉android:这个namespace就行了

正确写法如下：

style="?android:attr/progressBarStyleHorizontal" />

好，完美解决。之所以会出现这样错误，就是老的写法现在已经不兼容了。布局样式也要与时俱进。
