Given a linked list, remove the nth node from the end of list and return its head.
For example,
Given linked list: 1->2->3->4->5, and n = 2. After removing the second node from the end, the linked list becomes 1->2->3->5.
Note:
Given n will always be valid.
Try to do this in one pass.
事实上题目要求遍历链表仅仅能是一次,然后不须要考虑n 值的合法性。
最简单办法就是先遍历求得链表节点数目,然后删除指定结点。可是这样须要两次遍历链表。

个人认为另外一种方法也没有什么太多优化,仅仅是为了满足题目要求。
