第一种解决方法:利用插件

创建一个静态js网页  然后名字命名为:moment.js   把下面的代码拷贝进去 。

使用:把这个js导进去:

 <script type="text/javascript" src="${pageContext.request.contextPath}/static/js/moment.js"></script>

然后

moment(要格式化的东西).format("YYYY-MM-DD")

这样就可以转换了 。
