1. find path C:WindowsSystem32driversetchost
2. open DNS detection and DNS query-Webmaster(DNS查询) tool (http://tool.chinaz.com/dns)
3. enter the domain name in the test input field (example: github.com)
4. input the IP with the lowest TTL value in the detection list into hosts, and write the domain name accordingly
