1. date cake

dried dates(without shell) x 100g; milk x 200ml; brown sugar x 100g; cake flour x 180g; eggs x 4or5; baking powder x 4g; baking soda x 7g; oil x 70ml or 50ml

operations:

(1)dates + milk = boil together with low heat until milk is absorbed by dates.

(2) add brown sugar and stir evenly.

(3) add eggs and stir evenly.

(4) add cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and stir evenly.

(5) finally add oil and stir evenly.

(6) preheat oven 325F and bake 40min depending on your ovens as long as that the stick is dry after poking with a stick.

conclusion: easy to success, no skill, temperature and time do not require accurate.
