Install method: jenkins.msi
Problem: install gitlab hook failed.
Problem description: cannot delete the target files/directory, and you can‘t more the directory.
Reason: The path you indtalled jenkins cannot contain space, such as Program File(x86)
My Solution: reinstallation.
