今天过得比昨天更充实，晚上依然想玩一会，幸好没有人想陪我玩，于是就搁置了。

Berlin 是高中之前就给他的备注了，他是个知道奋发向上的人，初中我就看出来了。向他学习吧

今早上学习Vicky的课，很认真，英文写作最重要的就是逻辑性，今天写一下属于自己的东西

10-12 数学相关内容  但其实没看多少 以后早上做完就要开始记录

下午两点半睡的觉三点过一点起床，家里还没有人在客厅走动，其实我挺喜欢安安静静一个人，或许是在逃避复杂的人际交往吧 .ps 脑洞 背了半个小时接近40分钟单词，一个list ，还没有听发音 之后就锻炼

每次锻炼之后都觉得很累想做其他的事情，我选择了剧本sa，可玩完之后没什么意思了，剧本很难，最后凶手还是逃脱了，我感到挫败感。

 

早一点睡午觉早点起床，睡晚了就不要睡午觉了。

The school cafeteria should provide higher good quality food.On one hand ，an adolescent’s body need higher good quality food .Firstly,They must be clean and safe.So we needn‘t worry about food poison after eatting in the school cafeteria. Actually，last term I went to my school cafeteria and ordered a bowl of noodles.what a surprise ，there was a bug on the vegetable leaves.I tell the story to my friens,they thougut it‘s usually just a bug ，not anything like steal wool or roach.Secondly,school cafeteria should choose suitable menu.Choose foods from one of four essential groups,fat,starch,sugar,and grease,we need keep balance.At the end of each month，I always choose school cafeteria,the food teast greasy,fat red meat in oil.Different food have the same teast. 

In other hand,school students don‘t have enough money,if school cafeteria offer higher good quality food,cafeteria will be the first choice.Otherwise，take-outs will be our first choice，it’s delicious but not healthy.In fact it‘s very expensive，students spend more money in diet.In addition,if more and more students become regular coustoms ,the school cafeteria creats much higher profits.In a word，the school cafeteria provide higher good quality food ,it is not only benifit students,but also good for enterprise.
