用Eclipse创建android项目后src报错，怎么解决？

在eclipse中创建android项目，src目录和layout目录下为空，现在开始解决这个问题（这只是一个开始）。

在网上查找答案，说是eclipse版本和adt版本不兼容。
第一步;查看eclipse的版本号。
Help-->About Eclipse--->选择eclipse的logo图标

第二步：查看adt插件的版本号
Help->About Eclipse--->点击，installation Detail

第三步：如果版本号兼容，那么就更新adt版本
Help--->Intal new software--->在work with 输入：https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

然后一直点击next--> .....最后点击完成finish。
第四步：
此时如果报了这个错误。

经查找，还是版本不兼容，我然后卸载adt，但是最后报了uninstalling software has eccountered a problem问题这样来来回回好几次，重启Eclipse-安坐adt--卸载adt，还是不好。
第五步：
最后打开了Android sdk Manager。
Tools ---android sdk Tools 更新了一下
Extras--android support library和android support Repository 更新了一下。 参考技术A 查看控制栏报的什么错，然后百度解决方法。

创建maven项目后pom.xml报错
