问题一

HOMEDRIVE 被设置到了 H 盘。
解决办法：
SET HOMEDRIVE=C:

在系统环境变量中添加 JEKYLL_GITHUB_TOKEN 和 SSL_CERT_FILE。
如果通过代理才能访问 GitHub，设置环境变量 HTTP_PROXY
SET HTTP_PROXY=http://domain%5Cusername:[email protected]:port
如果是在 MacOS 下，则需要使用
export http_proxy='http://127.0.0.1:4411/'
