很多博文配置git都是在打开Git Bash中配置，我之前一直用eclipse没有下载过git，这次配置报错not in a git directory
很多博文也说过这个问题，我具体到项目文件中使用命令一样报错，最后发现在cmd中可以，故可切换到Git CMD中使用
其实第一次报错是因为目录结构不对，Git Bash图中顶上的 MINGW64 ~ 是系统根目录 ，我们需要切换至Git 目录
