问题描述：用ninja交叉编译libgif库egif_lib.c遇到的问题
原因分析：S_IREAD在头文件在下述位置中定义。应该是没有定义__USE_BSD或__USE_GNU，导致找不到S_IREAD。

#define S_IRUSR 00400解决办法：
将egif_lib.c中的S_IREAD替换为S_IRUSR，S_IWRITE替换为S_IWUSR。
