Chorus One：bridge between Cosmos and Celo

1. 引言

Celo基金会委托Chorus One团队为其开发Cosmos Hub与Celo之间的bridge。

Celo采用Istanbul共识。

为了实现proof-based bridge，需要：

• 在Celo 链上构建Tendermint light client，具体见：https://github.com/ChorusOne/tendermint-sol（Solidity&Rust），由Interchain基金会赞助。
• 在Cosmos 链上构建Celo light client，具体见：https://github.com/ChorusOne/celo-light-client（Rust），由Celo基金会赞助。
