natter     唠嗑；闲聊

have a natter     漫无目的地闲聊

have a long natter  长聊

have a good natter   好好拉家常

eg：

My mother and my uncle had a long natter over coffe

串门          stop by/in         拜访；串门

                 come by     拜访；串门

              look  in on someone 串门；顺路拜访

上面三个都有串门的意思；但一般指顺路拜访

eg：

I stopped by her place on my way home yesterday.

drop in/drop by      上门拜访；串门

come round      串门；拜访

eg：

Come round tomrrow and we will play Chiness chess

明天来串串门把，我们一起下象棋。
