DocuSign不会将值传递给Salesforce

DocuSign不会将值传递回Salesforce。甚至不会在日志中给我任何错误。

我使用了自定义字段，如源ID和MergeFieldXml选项卡选项，其中write-back = true。但它不起作用。

请告知什么是错的？

为DocuSign帐户启用合并字段。
