急急急，在线等！solr4.10结合oracle增量导入数据问题！

本人刚接触solr，不是很懂。做全量更新的时候能把数据导入进来并且添加索引，但是增量索引的时候总是出现以下情况，能获取到数据但是不能添加索引，请问各位大神什么原因啊
